At TTArtisan, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with our precision optical products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the lens or accessory in its original retail packaging, including all lens caps, hoods, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a traceable carrier to our designated inspection facility for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians confirm the item meets our return standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
